Our Crowdfunder campaign has now officially come to an end, and we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped us get this far. Whether you donated, shared our campaign, encouraged us along the way or simply cheered us on, you have helped make this possible. We truly would not be at this point without you.
Building update
We’re excited to share that we have now secured our building in the town centre: 40-42 West Street.
Over Easter weekend, we rolled up our sleeves and started cleaning, sorting and getting the space ready. There is still lots to do, but it already feels very special to be taking these first steps and beginning to bring The Lemner to life.
This is just the beginning, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has helped us get here.
Our first sessions start this week
On Tuesday we held our first Youth Drop In and over the next few days, we’ll be holding more sessions. These are open to anyone aged 11 to 25 who would like to drop in, say hello, and see what we’re all about.
Can you help furnish or improve the space?
As we continue getting the building ready, we’re looking for support in all sorts of ways. Furniture donations would be a huge help, but we’d also love to hear from anyone who can offer time, practical help or trade skills to help us make the space welcoming and ready to use.
